Product Description
After the natural disaster of Hurricane Katrina, and the manmade horror of the explosion at the vampire summit, Sookie Stackhouse is safe but dazed, yearning for things to get back to normal. But her boyfriend Quinn is among the missing. And things are changing, whether the weres and vamps in her corner of Louisiana like it or not. In the ensuing battles, Sookie faces danger, death…and once more, betrayal by someone she loves. And when the fur has finished flying and the cold blood ceases flowing, her world will be forever altered.

5 out of 5 stars Best one in the series!   August 31, 2010

After reading "All Together Dead", I thought Harris had lost her touch. Boy was I wrong! This story hits the ground running, so to speak. More interesting charcters are introduced, like ones we want to know about (like her great-grandfather). So much is going on in the book that you can't and won't put it down! You got a Warewolf war (and a surprising element there folks with Sam...I was pumping my fist in the air yelling "Heck Yeah!!" when I read it), a hostle vampire takeover and Bob the cat makes a change. Yep, hands down, Harris delivered with this one. I'm looking forward to finishing "Dead and Gone" (I'm half way finished, and just started this week!) now!

5 out of 5 stars I'm So addicted!!!!!   August 29, 2010

This series is one of the best that I have read. I can't stop reading once I begin.

4 out of 5 stars Little quirks, but very enjoyable   August 20, 2010
Stephenie Bechiom (JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, US)
I have just a few quirks with the books. Like how she re-introduces just about every character in every book. I know that you need to be able to read them out of order, but it's annoying for those of us who are reading them in order. And frankly, it's the dedicated fans we're writing the books for at this point, right?

I have noticed a few spelling and usage errors in the printed version of these books. Wish I could get hired as a print editor! Who are these people?? :)

2 out of 5 stars did she have writers block?   August 7, 2010
this is my favorite series... this book just didnt really have anything going on. basically sookie serving drinks. the whole book felt like a filler, (like tv shows do somtimes) i really hope the next is better... :/ <- my face for this book
